In pursuance of Notification No.  F-17/14/03//AR/316-616 dated 03/02/04,  issued by Secretary (AR),  Govt.of NCT of Delhi and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 2(a) of the Delhi Right to information Act 2001,  (Delhi Act No. 7 of 2001),  the Government of NCT of Delhi hereby notifies General Manager, Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.  as Competent Authority for the purpose of the said Act in respect of Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. in addition to her own duties without any extra remuneration.  As per new Right to Information Act 2005 bearing no.22 of 2005 the Competent Authority under the Act of 2005 has been appointed as Public Information Officer and HOD i.e. the Chairperson  of the Corporation has been appointed as Appellate Authority.  The address and telephone number of Chairperson & General Manager is as under:
 

Provided, further that if the officer notified as Competent Authority is on leave or his/her post is vacant,  the Head of the Department will be deemed to be the Competent Authority.
